Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax may be added at checkout. There are no AI overage charges: when a monthly AI or document allowance runs out, new AI work pauses until next month or until you upgrade. After a cancellation, your existing documents stay readable and exportable. KareKrest supports professional judgment but doesn't replace it, and it doesn't guarantee regulatory compliance.

Questions

Do I need my own subscription to work at a facility that uses KareKrest?

No. Your employer's plan covers you inside their workspace. A personal plan is only for your own independent work.

Does KareKrest make us compliant?

No. KareKrest helps you prepare documentation, see the requirements that apply and follow through. Compliance depends on what your facility actually does, reviewed by qualified people.

Can we enter resident or patient information?

No. This version doesn't accept identifiable health information. Use placeholders such as "Resident A". KareKrest blocks likely identifiers, but automated detection isn't perfect.

How does cancellation work?

You can cancel any time under Billing → Manage My Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it doesn't renew after that.
